The breathtakingly beautiful Xiaojiuzhaigou is located in Hangzhou—Daqi Mountain

Daqi Mountain National Forest Park, located within Tonglu County, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, is adjacent to the south bank of the Fuchun River. The park covers an area of 700 hectares, with a forest coverage rate of up to 97%, presenting a lush and verdant landscape that seems to place one in the poetic scene described by ancient poets as 'green mountains and white rivers everywhere, with the sound of cuckoos in the rain like smoke.' The main peak of Daqi Mountain, Wuni Gang, has an elevation of 1108 meters. From its heights, one can enjoy the unique scenery where the hills and grasslands of Jiangnan intertwine, as described in ancient texts: 'Majestic mountains and ridges, lush forests and bamboo; there are also clear streams and rapids, reflecting on both sides.' As you walk along, every winding path leads to a pavilion with different styles, some with the ancient charm of wood construction and others with the ingenious designs of modern concrete, providing places for visitors to rest and enjoy the scenery, just like the poets chant: 'The sparse shadows of the wild pavilion slant, and the mountain colors are endless.' The lakes within the scenic area are dotted with ripples, among which the Koi Pond and Heaven Pond shine like emerald gems, reminiscent of the Tang Dynasty's Liu Zongyuan's description in 'A Record of a Little Stone Pool': 'There are about a hundred fish in the pool, all swimming freely as if they have no reliance.' Being there in person, one feels the serene and lively beauty.
