Tonglu 2 Days 1 Night Family Trip | Come to the mountains to breathe in the oxygen and relax

I've been to Tonglu twice, and it's truly perfect for family trips! This time, escaping Hangzhou, I decided to completely let loose, take the kids to a different place to lie down, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and get away from the office smell. Nature really helps one relax Our accommodation choice this time was 🏨 Laijia Homestay, a 1.5h drive from Hangzhou. 🔴 About the Homestay Location Laijia Homestay is located in Heling Village, with a great geographical position, nestled by the mountains and water, next to Heling Reservoir, with fresh air, taking deep breaths of oxygen 🆙. A 10-minute walk from the homestay is the much-desired Mushroom House 🍄 🔵 About the Guest Rooms We booked a family room with one large and one small bed, very suitable for a family of two adults and two children like ours. The minimalist decor style is very comfortable. The room also thoughtfully provides disposable children's toiletries, children's slippers, and mosquito repellent. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful view of the misty mountains in the distance when you open the curtains in the morning. Oh, and there's a fabric rocking horse in the room that the little ones fought over to play with. 🟣 About Breakfast Breakfast is freshly made by the auntie, with a neat and beautiful presentation. The checkered bowl neatly contains sweet potatoes, white porridge, eggs, fruits, and other regular breakfast items, very suitable for children to enjoy. 🟢 About Other Facilities at the Homestay The ground floor of the homestay has a children's play area, a study room, game consoles, and an outdoor swimming pool. The kids played wildly in the ball pit area for a long time, and later went to the study room to read picture books, quite a harmonious scene 😳 🟡 About Nearby Attractions ✔️ Heling Reservoir: Right next to the homestay, we walked along the rainbow trail by the reservoir after breakfast, with few people around, fresh air, and beautiful scenery. ✔️ The Life We Long For Mushroom House (🚗 4 minutes) ✔️ Yaolin Wonderland (🚗 30 minutes) Finally checked it off, the kids were amazed by its beauty once inside, touching the stalactites and marveling at nature's craftsmanship! ✔️ Daqi Mountain Forest Park (🚗 30 minutes) We visited last time we were in Tonglu, saw the blue-green jelly lake ✔️ Luci Village (🚗 30 minutes) Suitable for kids to play in the water in summer ✔️ Qinxiqu Xianggu (Yaolin Wonderland 🚗 20 minutes) has waterfall coffee, where kids can play in the water, and it's not too crowded since it's been recently renovated. We canceled this stop due to rain and will save it for next time. 🟢 About Dining ✔️ Naked Heart Garden: A farmhouse restaurant that's a 5-minute walk from the homestay ✔️ Aunt's Husband's River View Restaurant: An 8-minute drive from Yaolin Wonderland, a river view restaurant with very good business ✔️ Yaoji Noodle House: A noodle house in Tonglu city with good value for money ✔️ Bread and Air: A popular bakery in Tonglu city 🍞
