Puyuan Fushan Temple

Fushan Temple has a history of a thousand years and is one of the eight scenic spots of Puchuan. The temple was built by Puyuan native Pu Jian during the Yuan Zhi Da years (1309), and over the course of more than 700 years, it has experienced damage and reconstruction. It has always stood at the center of the ancient town. The reconstructed temple is majestic, and the preserved ginkgo trees from the Song Dynasty are a cultural landmark of the ancient town. After restoration, the architecture still retains the style of the Tang and Song periods, with a simple and unadorned appearance. Entering the temple gives one a sense of the vastness of life. Inside the temple, there are two ginkgo trees that are over 800 years old. In December, the leaves turn golden yellow, creating a stunning scene.
