Torres del Paine National Park

A day's walk to the base of Mirador Las Torres offers a close and personal view of the towers from various angles, including a custom viewpoint. The hike to Mirador Las Torres is 17km long and takes between 7 to 10 hours to complete. We did it between 6:30 and 7:00, but I must say that we walked early to avoid the crowds. Since this area is very popular for backpacking, camping, and hiking, you will meet other people while exploring (we were actually surprised by how many people were traveling, and we had to line up for the first kilometer of the hike. The best time to visit this trail is from October to April. We did it in December, but we were lucky because it snowed last week.
