Tossa De Mar — A Place I Long to Visit for Its Azure Sea and Medieval Fortress

Tossa De Mar is one of the coastal towns near Barcelona, primarily known for its fishing and agriculture. Over time, it has developed into a tourist destination due to its scenic combination of the sea and fortress. Although the town is small, it is an excellent place for a relaxing vacation, especially for beach lovers (like me :D)! Wandering through these stone-built houses, weaving in and out of the alleys, occasionally discovering historical traces in the corners, and finding interesting trinkets in small shops, the slightly bumpy roads make it feel like an adventure, revealing hidden gems around every turn... Many people only spend a day here, but if you have enough time, I recommend a three-day slow-paced trip: Day 1: Depart from Barcelona station in the morning, arriving in about 1.5 hours. Have lunch and then join a local sea tour in the afternoon. Day 2: Have a Spanish breakfast in the morning and visit the fortress (the sunlight in the morning makes the blue-green sea look stunning in photos). After lunch, if you enjoy sunbathing like I do, you can stay on the beach, swim, chat, or simply enjoy the scenery and the beauty of sunbathing. It's a great way to appreciate the present moment, especially if you're used to a busy lifestyle. To fully relax without rushing to catch a train, stay another night. On the third day, you can leave in the morning to visit another town, go snorkeling, or take another sea tour. You can also leave after lunch.
