@victorianera.hk is hands-down the most instagrammable hot pot place I’ve ever been to 💐 🌷 Make sure to check out the standalone room dedicated as a ‘photo spot’ with major Team Lab vibes! 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞 Once the milk rosebud in the middle melted, the frothy broth became even creamier. I particularly enjoyed how the pumpkin underneath was super sweet after soaking up all the flavours (tip: remember to only use P3 or P4 settings to avoid a burnt taste!) 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 The portion was just right for the two of us and the premium seafood (coral crab, abalone, shrimp, scallop, tuatua clam and mussel) was super fresh while the meat (US angus beef and pork) was perfectly sliced and tender.
