🚇 Hongshan Park is a bit far from the nearest Xinxing Street subway station, so taking a taxi is a good option 🚖 🏕 Tourists mainly visit the North Park, with two entrance options: the East Gate and the South Gate. The East Gate is street-facing and suitable for quick stops, while the South Gate has a large parking lot and a food court 🅿️ 🎒 There are self-service lockers at the entrance, and I chose a medium-sized locker for my backpack, costing 4 yuan per hour 💰 ⛰️ The park was originally a barren mountain with red rocks. Local military and civilians carried soil to create the forest, resulting in this beautiful citizens' leisure park. At the South Gate entrance, there is a statue of two hardworking builders and a little girl with a red scarf carrying soil. The stone tablet beside them bears the words 'Greening by predecessors, happiness for future generations' 🌳 🎡 The main attractions include Hongshan Tower, boating on South Lake, Lin Zexu Memorial Statue, and Longquan Pavilion. There is a separate fee for the tower, and the viewing platform offers a panoramic view of the city. Large amusement rides like the Ferris wheel are not in operation 🚧 🎠 It's just a large citizens' leisure park, not recommended for tourists to visit specifically. Suggested visiting time is 1~2 hours ⏰️ 🧋 After visiting the park, you can dine and rest at CC MALL Times Square across the street, a very artistic and fashionable mall 🛍
