Dali Travel, Encountering the Poetry and Distance of Yunnan

Just back from the heart of Yunnan—Dali, I am deeply enchanted! 🏞️ Blue skies, white clouds, Cangshan mountains and Erhai lake, coupled with the unique Bai ethnic style, it's truly a spiritual cleansing. Let me share my itinerary and some tips with you! 🗺️ Day one, stepping into this charming city, I took a short rest before exploring the ancient city of Dali. The ancient Bai architecture feels like traveling through time, don't forget to try the grilled cheese fans and crossing-the-bridge noodles! On the second day, we set off towards the Cangshan mountains, hiking or cycling through the woods, embracing the gifts of nature. The third day was for Erhai Lake, cruising around, with the lake and mountains at your leisure. The fourth day was left for free activities; you could continue to explore the flavors or shop for good finds in the ancient city. On the last day, head home with a heart full of memories. 🍜 As for food, besides the aforementioned, the clay pot fish is also a must-try delicacy. The ancient city is full of snack stalls, sure to satisfy your taste buds. 🏠 For accommodation, if you want to deeply experience local life, stay in a guesthouse in the ancient city; if you prefer tranquility, choose a resort by Erhai Lake. There's always one that suits you. ⚠️ But don't forget, the sun in Dali is strong, so make sure to do your sunscreen. The high-altitude climate is changeable, remember to bring an extra coat. During peak tourist seasons, be mindful to protect your personal belongings.
