Stepping into the emerald-green @theoptimisthk is just like entering an urban tropical jungle with authentic Northern Spanish gourmet 🌿 We came for restaurant week last year and tasted some of their signature dishes that can still be found on the menu One thing that can always be expected from @piratagrouphk restaurants is the generous hospitality despite no service charge 🥰 Our experience here was no exception - kudos to our friendly waiter who offered us coffee and tea on the house! [𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐄𝐠𝐠𝐬 𝟐.𝟎] The soft confit potato base was topped with a delicate poached egg and loads of iberico ham for the ultimate comfort food.
