Located in Santa Elena downtown, this Israeli-Costa Rican restaurant has an extensive offer of cocktails 🍹 , coffee ☕️ and craft beer🍺 . Belmar Craft beer is produced locally, and you don’t get much options to taste it elsewhere in the country. We ordered the Shawarma with the craft beers selection. I loved the Pale Ale, while my partner prefer the IPA.
