PRAU MOUNTAIN

Mount Prau is located in the Dieng plateau area, Wonosobo Regency, Patakbanteng Village with an altitude of 2,565 Mpdl. With a relatively easy hiking trail and clear enough for climbers as well as a special view, Mount Prau is a favorite mountain for climbers today. To climb the peak of Mount Prau, climbers only need about 3-4 hours of trekking. There are 2 climbing routes that are a favorite of climbers, namely through Dieng or Patakbanteng. The hiking trail Via Dieng tends to be more relaxed and less dangerous when compared to the Patak Banteng route, which is quite steep even though the travel time is shorter. From the top of Mount Prau, climbers can enjoy beautiful scenery including the expanse of the beauty of the Teletubbies hill and very charming flowers. July to August is the best time to climb Mount Prau. The weather in these three months is sunny. Hikers can enjoy the atmosphere of sunrise (sunrise) and sunset (sunset).
