It has a bit of a fishy taste and must be paired with vinegar, but it's still fresh. Sauerkraut wonton casserole: This is the first time I've had sauerkraut wonton in Wuxi. It's very appetizing! I even want to add noodles to it. Hot and sour soup casserole: Not very sour or spicy, a taste that the public can accept. There are vermicelli at the bottom, which is very filling. It's very warm to drink this when the weather is cold!
