Xi'an Eden Novotel, the preferred hotel for attending concerts in Xi'an

Just recently, Eason Chan had a concert in Xi'an at the Olympic Sports Center. As a die-hard fan, I naturally had to be there, but where to stay was a matter for consideration. Anyone who has been to a concert knows that getting a taxi back to the hotel afterwards can be a headache. Fortunately, there is a cost-effective hotel right next to the Olympic Sports Center: Xi'an Eden Novotel, so I quickly booked a room and set off. Upon arrival, I found that Xi'an Eden Novotel is just next to the Olympic Sports Center, a mere ten-minute walk away, so there's no need to worry about the hassle of transportation, which is really nice. The hotel opened in 2023, and as a hotel under the Accor brand, it is well-equipped and brand new. The stay experience was quite good, making it the top choice for accommodation when attending concerts in Xi'an. Entering the lobby, you are greeted by an abstract art installation with deep green hues paired with golden lines, and in the middle, there are waves symbolizing the water of the Ba River, which is quite beautiful. The golden patterns above the lobby symbolize the texture of the willow trees swaying in the wind on the Ba Bridge. The hotel is located in Baqiao, a place that once had one of the 'Eight Great Sights of Guanzhong' known as 'Ba Willow Wind and Snow.' In ancient times, willow trees were planted along the banks of the Ba River, and every spring, the willows on both sides of the Ba Bridge would be covered in green, with catkins filling the air, fluttering about like a snowfall in spring, creating an extremely beautiful scene. The hotel's color scheme and art design draw a lot of inspiration from the 'Ba Willow Wind and Snow' motif. ⭐️ Hotel Rooms The rooms are all in a sophisticated grey-blue palette, with green decorations and large orange blocks at the head of the bed, stylish and exquisite. The full-length windows make the rooms bright and airy, and some even offer distant views of the Olympic Sports Center. The rooms are well-equipped with details like capsule coffee machines, independent desks and chairs, and scene mode controlled lighting. It's a good choice for both business trips and leisure travel. ⭐️ Hotel Environment: The main public areas are concentrated on the first floor. The 1872 Lobby Lounge has a youthful color scheme, and the environment is quiet and comfortable, with plenty of leisure seating available. You can read or work here, have a coffee, and meet with clients. The gym on the fourth floor is open 24 hours, and you can enter with your room card. The hotel also has over 2000 square meters of banquet and meeting space, with a nearly 800 square meter pillarless grand banquet hall that is very suitable for weddings. ⭐️ Hotel Restaurants There are two main restaurants, the All-Day Dining Restaurant and the Linglong Chinese Restaurant. The All-Day Dining Restaurant offers breakfast and buffet meals, where you can enjoy global cuisine as well as a wide variety of desserts and drinks. The seafood barbecue hotpot buffet is great value for money and perfect for bringing family and friends to taste. The Linglong Chinese Restaurant has both a hall and private rooms, with an elegant environment and dishes that are worth experiencing. ⭐️ Hotel Location The hotel is located at No. 5588 Eurasia Avenue, Baqiao District, Xi'an, just a few minutes' walk from Shuangzhai Metro Station. Metro lines 3 and 14 interchange here, providing direct access to the airport, high-speed train stations, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Datang Everbright City, Xiaozhai, Shaanxi History Museum, and other popular check-in spots, making transportation very convenient. It's about a 20-minute drive from Xi'an North Station, or 5 metro stops. ⭐️ TIPS: In addition to the convenience for attending concerts, there are many scenic spots around the hotel such as the Hot Snow Miracle Ski Resort, Huaxia Cultural Tourism Ocean Park, Sand Ship Outlets, Chang'an Music Park, and Chanba National Wetland Park to check in. The water feature and sculpture in front of the hotel are quite nice, and they make for good photo opportunities.
