Xi'an Bell Tower and Drum Tower

The Bell Tower of Xi'an is one of the largest and best-preserved bell towers in China. It was built in 1384 during the reign of Emperor Hongwu of the Ming Dynasty. It was originally built at the entrance of Guangji Street, opposite the Drum Tower. In 1582, during the reign of Emperor Wanli of the Ming Dynasty, the Bell Tower was moved to its current location.‌ The Drum Tower of Xi'an was built in 1380 during the reign of Emperor Hongwu of the Ming Dynasty. It is one of the largest and best-preserved drum towers in China. There are many drums on display in the Drum Tower, which is great!
