The perfect spot for a family outing | Xiamen Fantawild Castle Hotel!

🏨 The hotel is still quite new, with comprehensive facilities. There are two swimming pools, one deeper and one shallower, both great for taking photos. They are open until 11 pm, which is very suitable for children to play~ If the amusement park is not enough, you can also have fun here~ There is also a bar area, suitable for young parents, as well as an outdoor children's playground with slides, a sandbox, and some climbing activities that children love~ For breakfast, there is a garden restaurant and a Fujian hall. The garden restaurant is open until 9 am, and the Fujian hall until 10:30 am, catering to all kinds of people. It was said that the breakfast in the Fujian hall was average, but we found it quite good when we went there, including Fujian rice noodles, which I really like to eat~ 🛏️ The hotel rooms are divided into four areas: ABCD, with the convenience of travel decreasing in that order. Area C is located in Zone A, where you can see the castle and park fireworks. Next is Zone C, which also faces the castle and fireworks, just a bit further away than Zone A. Most of the hotel's room types can see the castle or garden to some extent. Be aware of avoiding some room types in Zone B, as this part of the park facing the parking lot and the main road has no view at all~ 🚗 We were initially assigned a room in Zone B with a parking lot view. After asking the front desk to no avail (honestly, the front desk service is not good), they insisted that a parking lot view is considered a park view and would not change the room type. It was only after finding the hotel's private butler that we were able to change to a room facing the castle, which made us very happy! 🛀 All the hotel's double rooms have bathtubs, and the family rooms do not have bathtubs but have better views. You can choose according to your needs~ During peak periods, room service can be a bit slow. The shower drain in the room we changed to was clogged, and we waited half an hour for repairs, then another half an hour for cleaning. We also waited a long time for laundry detergent, but they delivered a 1L refill pack of Blue Moon, which is okay! I forgive you for taking so long to deliver it~ The children's toothbrush in the room was empty, and even after asking for it to be delivered, it didn't arrive until the child went to sleep. It was only after my husband stopped a staff member in the hallway that we got it. Overall, the service needs to be improved~ Overall, it is still very worth staying, and children will have a lot of fun!
