The Shacha noodles were delicious. Today, let's talk about the private room in Building No. 5. Because a companion had a birthday, we happened to dine in the private room. Dishes: Customizable dishes according to needs. Service: Upon hearing it was a birthday, they specially decorated for us. They also brought longevity noodles and a dish for the birthday, arranged a cake on a trolley, and sang a birthday song for us. It felt very much like the Haidilao experience, hahaha. Today's dishes were arranged according to my taste and specialties. Braised Pork with Crispy Shell and Boiling Baby Elephant Clams are creative dishes. The Braised Pork with Crispy Shell was a pleasant surprise with its crispy exterior and rich interior. The Baby Elephant Clams were spicy and refreshing, laid on a bed of cabbage and covered with chili peppers. Hakka Sandworm Rice Noodles sounded odd but were so delicious. The rice noodles were chewy, and the sandworms were clean and crispy. A series of customizable dishes were very cost-effective. One commendable point is that if your clothes get oily, they immediately clean the stains for you, which felt very heartwarming. Summary: The food was great, blending Minnan specialties with flavors from other regions well. They also adjust according to personal taste preferences. The service was special, especially knowing it was a birthday and giving special attention. The private room comes with a dedicated waitress.
