You can also make a reservation on the spot, but you may not be able to enter if you arrive early. You can try your luck. Transportation: 1. Bus: Take bus No. 1, 45, 47, 87, etc. to Xiamen University (Nanputuo) Station. 2. Subway: Take Metro Line 1 to Zhenhai Road Station, Exit 3A, and then take a taxi. It's fast and convenient. 3. Self-driving: Navigate to Nanputuo Temple. There is an underground parking lot opposite the west gate. Parking is very convenient, but there are not many spaces. Order of worship: 1. Get incense: Incense is not allowed in the temple. Enter through the east gate and go straight to the small wooden house or the incense distribution area on both sides of the Tianwang Hall to get free incense. 2. Wash hands: Wash your hands in the hand-washing pool under the steps of the Tianwang Hall. 3. Light incense: There are incense lighting areas on both sides of the hand-washing pool. 4. Offer incense: Go to the Tianwang Hall to pray, insert the incense into the incense burner, and then enter the Tianwang Hall. Worship guide: Enter through the east gate, wash your hands, get incense, light incense, and worship. Enter the Tianwang Hall through the east gate. The east gate is the dragon gate. Enter through the east gate and exit through the west gate. Do not step on the threshold. Worship in order. 4. Incense is not allowed in the hall. 5. Dress appropriately. Do not wear slippers, shorts, or vests. Do not wear hats or sunglasses when offering incense.
