It was amazing🎉 🌄Highlights • Shuangqiao Valley: Well-developed and beautiful scenery😍! The sightseeing bus takes you through stunning scenery. The redwood forest is at a high altitude and surrounded by snow-capped mountains, making it a great place for photos📷. The Potala Peak looks like a mini Potala Palace. Take photos on the road with snow-capped mountains in the background and your friends will be amazed. You can also go rafting at Nianyuba and enjoy the thrill and coolness of the mountains 🏞️. • Changping Valley: Partially developed and suitable for hiking enthusiasts🤩. You can get a close-up view of Yaomei Peak. The scenery changes constantly along the way and gets more beautiful the further you go. When you reach Muluozi, it looks like a fairyland. You can also have a picnic by the stream and enjoy a relaxing time🥰. • Haizi Valley: Relatively primitive and a paradise for outdoor adventurers and photographers📸. There are many alpine lakes with clear blue water, snow-capped mountains, and meadows that form a beautiful picture. You can also see the full view of the four peaks, which is very impressive🤯. 🚗Transportation I drove from Chengdu, which is about 175 km and takes about 3 hours. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Wolong Nature Reserve along the way🗻. If you don't want to drive, there are buses from Chadianzi Bus Station to Mount Siguniang Town 🚌. 🏠Accommodation I recommend staying in Mount Siguniang Town. There are many hotels and homestays in the town. The altitude is low, so it's easy to adapt and convenient to travel 🌃. The homestay I stayed in was nice, the owner was friendly, and there was free butter tea in the evening🥰. 🥘Food You must try the yak hot pot. The meat is tender and juicy, and it tastes great👍! There are also roasted whole lamb, barley cakes, and other specialties that you must try. They will leave you wanting more 😋. ⚠️Notes • Mount Siguniang is at a high altitude, so prepare anti-altitude sickness medicine in advance. Don't exercise vigorously when you arrive. Drink plenty of water and rest. • The weather on the plateau is changeable and the UV rays are strong, so bring warm clothes and sunscreen. Sunglasses, sunscreen, and a sun hat are essential. • There are no restaurants in Changping Valley and Haizi Valley, so bring your own food and water to keep your energy up.
