Location of the scenic spot: Slender West Lake, located at No. 28 Dahongqiao Road, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province Scenic Spot Features: The park covers an area of 2.5 square kilometers and is a group of lake gardens that had already taken shape during the Kangxi and Qianlong periods of the Qing dynasty, blending the elegance of the south with the grandeur of the north. Since the Sui and Tang dynasties, gardens have been built in the area one after another, and by the heyday of the Qing dynasty, due to the six southern tours of Emperors Kangxi and Qianlong, the splendid landscape of 'willows along both banks leaning over the water, a path of pavilions and terraces leading straight to the mountains' was created. Cultural luminaries such as Li Bai, Du Mu, Su Shi, and Zhu Ziqing have all left many memorable chapters in praise of Slender West Lake. Within the scenic area, Xu Garden, Little Jinshan, Wuting Bridge, White Pagoda, Twenty-four Bridge, Wanhua Garden, Shuangfeng Yunzhan and other famous gardens and attractions are all popular check-in spots.
