Yangzhou Holiday Inn The hotel is close to Yangzhou East Railway Station. Although it is located by the Grand Canal, it is not in the scenic area, so it is relatively quiet. The city of Yangzhou is not big, so it costs about CNY 15 to take a taxi to Slender West Lake and Dongguan Street, and about CNY 90 from Yangtai Airport. We stayed in a canal view room. You can see the Grand Canal when you open the curtains. The room is quite spacious. The mattress is a bit soft, which I personally don't like. The hotel has been open for ten years, but it is well maintained. The sound insulation in the room is very good. The water flow of the shower in the bathroom is not very large. The bathtub is square, but it is enough for children to play. The central air conditioning in the room is very effective, but the noise is a bit loud. However, the weather is good now, we didn't turn it on when we slept, and it was not hot. There is a shopping mall near the hotel with a lot of delicious food, including Huaiyang cuisine and Sichuan cuisine, barbecue, bars, etc., as well as Starbucks and McDonald's. There is a RT-Mart supermarket diagonally across from the mall. The hotel's buffet breakfast is quite rich. The dry noodles and Yangchun noodles taste good. There are very few afternoon tea items in the executive lounge. We went there once and didn't go again. But you can teach children to make lacquer fans there, and there are a few lotus flowers to watch. It's very comfortable to sit in the yard and enjoy the breeze in the afternoon. We also ate the hotel's crayfish buffet dinner. The crayfish is like boiled and not very delicious. The barbecue and Tianshui hot pot taste good, and it is great with sake. The dim sum is very rich, and the dishes are all very good. I think it is not worse than those famous teahouses. The hotel's service is in place. There is a place at the front desk where you can stamp. It seems that you can stamp five, all of which are famous scenic spots in Yangzhou. My daughter was very happy. The service staff are responsive and actively respond to customer demands. The first time the children's bath products were delivered late, I asked, and they immediately delivered them and apologized to send wine and fruit. I declined. The second time I asked about my stay experience, I said the mattress was a bit soft, and they said they would arrange for someone to turn the mattress over for me, saying that the mattress was hard on one side and soft on the other. I didn't want to trouble them, so I declined. Today is the night flight. I asked them to help delay the check-out, so that my daughter can take a nap. They also happily helped to postpone it, which is really great.
