Due to the recent heavy rains, let's start with the Hongcun travel guide: Open all day, some attractions: 7:30-17:30 Ticket: Adult | 94 (valid for three days with unlimited entries, be sure to keep your ticket safe) Recommended tour route: Hongji Bridge - Taoyuan Residence - Shuren Hall - Deyi - Chengzhi Hall - Jingxiu Hall - Lexu Hall - Yuezhao - Jingde Hall - Nanhu Academy - Huaqiao - South Gate Exit :1 For high-speed rail, choose Huangshan North Station, take the high-speed rail express line 1 and get off at Huangshan Changyun Bus Passenger Transport Station, then take a bus to Hongcun. For high-speed rail, choose to get off at Yixian East Station, and take a taxi for about 43 minutes For high-speed rail, get off at Yixian East Station, board at the High-speed Rail New Village Station and take Yixian Route 7 to the Government Affairs Center Station, then transfer to Yixian Route 1 and get off at Hongcun Bus Station. Food recommendations: Stinky tofu (personally feels a bit bitter), Huangshan baked cakes (buy more, they are really delicious, highly recommended), stinky mandarin fish (delicious, really fragrant. Depends on personal taste) We stayed inside the village and then went out for breakfast. Actually, you can find something to eat inside the village, there are quite a lot of options. Suggestions! 1. If you arrive at the entrance of the village, you can ask the owner of the booked homestay (inn) if they can pick you up (when I went there was a downpour, the owner brought us in on an electric tricycle) 2. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, otherwise walking all day can be really tiring and body are on the road
