In the early morning, step into Hongcun Village, and it feels like you have entered an ink painting. First, go to the South Lake, where the lake is shrouded in mist, the dewdrops on the lotus leaves are about to fall, the ancient willows on the shore hang down, and the bridge arches are reflected in the water, forming a perfect circle. It is a great place to take photos. Follow the crowd to the Moon Pond, a crescent-shaped pond surrounded by Huizhou-style buildings. The white walls and black tiles reflect a symmetrical beauty in the water, as if time has stopped. Walk through the narrow alleys, where the horse-head walls are towering, the stone roads lead to old houses, the wood carvings are exquisite, and the patios are bright, full of stories. In the afternoon, find a teahouse, enjoy the fragrance of Huizhou tea, and watch the warm sun shine on the street outside the window. In the evening, the afterglow of the setting sun gilds Hongcun Village, making it hard to leave. As for my thoughts, this trip has filled me with ancient charm, and my body and mind are immersed in the old times of Huizhou, making it a pleasant and unforgettable experience!
