The ancient battlefield of Xiaoting is located at the junction of Xiaoting District and Wujiagang District in Yichang City, Hubei Province, with National Highway 318 and the Yangtze River passing through. Xiaoting ancient battlefield is one of the rare ancient battlefields in the world🌍. Numerous wars have taken place here, among which the famous battles include: Bai Qi burning Yiling, the Battle of Xiaoting in the Three Kingdoms, the Tang army's night raid on Xiao Xian, and Wu Sangui's defeat at Yiling, etc. Today, on the cliffs of Xiaoting ancient battlefield, there remains an ancient plank road site about 1000 meters long.
