Additionally, the points from the flash sale took over a month to be credited, which was a basic oversight by the hotel. It took two phone calls, including one to Marriott customer service, to resolve the issue. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel has many strengths. It is located in the administrative center of Yinchuan, near landmarks such as People's Square, Yinchuan International Convention and Exhibition Center, and Ningxia Museum. This makes it a great choice for museum lovers, as it is easy to explore the area by bike. The rooms feature dark wood furnishings and desert-inspired colors, creating a calm and understated atmosphere. The layout is similar to the JW Marriott Marquis in Shanghai, and the high-quality bedding ensures a good night's sleep. The 51st-floor executive lounge offers stunning skyline views, especially at sunset. The afternoon tea set helps make up for the lounge's small size. Overall, while there are some areas for improvement, the hotel's strengths and unique experiences make it a top choice for future visits to Yinchuan.
