I overslept and missed breakfast, and when I arrived at the restaurant, the staff were already clearing the tables. However, they still arranged a simple meal for me without hesitation, which was very heartwarming. This kind of attentive service is one of the hotel's highlights. The hotel also upgraded me to a suite for free. The moment I opened the door, I was greeted by a simple and warm decor style. The details were relaxing, the room was spotless, and the bathroom was clean and comfortable. I could even see a lake view from the window, which was quite pleasant. Every night when I returned to my room, I felt like I was coming home. In addition, the hotel's welcome service is worth special praise. When I arrived, the staff at the lobby door opened and closed the door for me and enthusiastically guided me to the front desk to check in, which instantly cured my fatigue. If five points is a full score, I would give them 10 points for their service attitude! However, the breakfast experience was average. The variety of dishes was not particularly rich, but the quality was acceptable, and the taste was not bad. The upgraded breakfast room environment improved the dining experience a lot. The hotel's parking lot is outdoors, and there is a dedicated pick-up and drop-off area at the lobby door, which is very convenient. During my business trip, I needed to carry a lot of luggage, and the staff at the door helped me with my luggage and quickly arranged everything, which was very thoughtful.
