Best Kaiseki meal in Yokohama

The work Kaiseki (懐石) means marble stone, and Kaiseki meal means all dishes will be served in marblestone ware . This restaurant located at Yokohama Sky Tower 29th floor, called Ume no Hana, serves finely made Kaiseki course. The first several dishes were made by Tofu and other dishes comes with Wagyu in sukiyaki and stone grilled. There are a total of 10 dishes in one course each served small for visitors to enjoy every variety of dish with different flavour.
