The old streets of the ancient town are crowded and narrow, with dog-head stones paving the bumpy streets. It's common for a street to turn seven or eight corners and go over a dozen steps. In narrow places, only one person can pass at a time. The streets do not distinguish between directions or length, but simply wind along the houses, feeling as if one is in a maze without an end.
