I passed by this restaurant before and saw two chefs with tall hats pulling noodles inside. It's quite rare to see a restaurant making noodles on the spot. Pickled Fish Soup Noodles $88 This place is famous for its hand-pulled noodles, so I had to try a bowl! The pickled fish was moderately spicy, not too hot. The fish was tender and plentiful. The noodles had various textures, like Dragon Beard Noodles, because the chef pulls them on the spot, allowing you to choose the thickness according to your preference. The noodles were smooth and chewy. Braised Beef Brisket Soup Noodles $52 The noodle texture was the same, with a rich braised soup base. The beef brisket pieces were small and easy to chew.
