Yunhe Terraces

Lishui Yunhe Terraces Scenic Area, referred to as Yunhe Terraces Scenic Area, is located in Chongtou Town, Yunhe County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, 10 kilometers away from Yunhe County. Yunhe Terraces were first developed in the early Tang Dynasty, flourished in the Yuan and Ming Dynasties, and have a history of more than 1,000 years. The total area is 8.02 square kilometers, with an altitude range of 200 meters to over 1,400 meters, a vertical height of more than 1,200 meters, spanning three geological landscape zones: mountains, hills, and valleys. It is characterized by its large scale, strong impact, and unique four-season landscapes. It is the largest terrace group in East China and is known as 'China's Most Beautiful Terraces.' The scenic area boasts beautiful landscapes throughout the year, featuring terraces, sea of clouds, flowing water, rime, wetlands, bamboo forests, and peculiar rocks.
