The wind longing for you has reached the Stone Forest

I went to the Stone Forest Scenic Area yesterday afternoon! Kunming's subway is very convenient; I took the subway to the Eastern Bus Station, and right out of Exit B is the station. After buying a ticket, I got on the bus directly, 45 yuan per person, with children's tickets half-price for those under 1.5 meters. Our child is too tall and already needs an adult ticket. The nine-seater van leaves when full, and the journey takes about an hour and a half, not delaying anything at all. The Stone Forest Scenic Area is vast, truly a masterpiece of nature! It's a karst landscape, and I don't know what language to use to describe it, it's just stunning. I couldn't make out any clear patterns, it was just tiring, leg-breakingly so. We didn't hire a guide because it seemed unnecessary; there are guides everywhere, and it's easy to catch a bit of their spiel. Plus, they say you won't get lost, and wherever there's a guide, that's surely the right path. Anyway, the myth of Ashima and Little Black Brother echoes throughout... The only regret is that I didn't visit the town of Shilin. My good friend came to a middle school in Shilin for love, without a second thought, after graduating from college. She later left here heartbroken. I sent her a video of Shilin County taken from the bus, and she said that was her foolish youth.
