The 'Jiuzhaigou' of Northwest Hubei - Yunxi Wulong River

Wulong River, this 58-kilometer-long green ribbon, originates from the mysterious Tianchi Ridge at the southern foot of the Qinling Mountains, bordering Hubei and Shaanxi. Its name comes from the Taoist legend of 'Five Dragons Holding the Saint,' symbolizing the auspicious and sacred gathering of five dragons. The river flows continuously throughout the year, with clear and transparent water, stable as ever, making it a dazzling pearl in the upper reaches of the 'Qixi' Milky Way. Here, the valleys are deep, the river water is clear, the mountains are magnificent, and the beauty of the five dragons intertwines with the spiritual aura of the Tao, creating mesmerizing natural landscapes. Within the scenic area, the five major valleys - Tianle Valley, Feilong Valley, Zhinu Valley, Fengshen Valley, and Wangyou Valley - complement each other, with deep gorges, interdependent mountains and waters, and majestic momentum. The primitive forest vegetation, lush trees, peculiar rocks, babbling streams, and spectacular waterfalls form over a hundred breathtaking scenic spots. Wulong River is a tourist destination suitable for all seasons. In spring, flowers bloom in abundance, and the garden is full of spring colors; in summer, the green water is leisurely and cool; in autumn, the red leaves are like fire, and the forests are dyed; in winter, the snow is white, and the landscape is wrapped in silver. Among them, Zhinu Valley is particularly captivating.
