I had a comfortable night's sleep here at the Huazhu Homestay at the foot of Zheyang Mountain. 👍Highly recommended: 🌟Highlights: Ever since I can remember from my childhood, I always sleep soundly on rainy days, enjoying the sound of rain lulling me to sleep. On this trip to Dingxi, Gansu, we arrived at the Huazhu Zheyang Mountain Tianhua Homestay past ten o'clock at night. It was raining steadily, and I was sure I would have a good night's sleep... At the Huazhu Homestay, my companions and I each got a different styled little house; I got the one in picture 2. Upon entering the room, I took a few photos of the interior (picture 6). The house is really nice, with a high degree of automation. Curtains, projectors, and all other equipment and facilities are electric, and the bathroom is quite luxurious. The most interesting feature is the large 'starlight window' on the ceiling, designed for stargazing at night. Since it was raining outside, I didn't dare to touch anything... I was indeed too tired, having driven all day. After settling in my luggage and charging all my photography and video equipment - a daily task - I plunged into the bathroom for a comfortable hot shower, and then straight into bed... The rain pitter-pattered on the roof, and I reckon it took me less than 30 seconds to fall asleep. I really had a very comfortable sleep that night! The next morning, the rain hadn't stopped, but the air was so fresh outside. In the distance, Zheyang Mountain, shrouded in mist, looked majestic and mysterious.
