Excellent stay experience, no shortcomings in any aspect. Personally, I feel this is the most cost-effective star hotel I've stayed in recent years. Location: Near Dongshilipu Metro Station, about 100 meters away, interchange station for lines 3 and 4, very convenient transportation. Design: Very strong sense of design, overall decoration style is dark, not the usual business style of Marriott, a bit like W Hotel, looks fashionable and high-end. The bathroom floor and walls are made of pure white tiles, creating a stark contrast with the dark carpet and black walnut furniture in the bedroom. Although the hotel has been open for more than ten years, it is still not outdated, kudos to the designer's skills. Hardware facilities: Still impeccable, with a gym, swimming pool, and even a separate running track, which is really rare. (Picture 11). The room is also well-equipped, with electric curtains, smart switches, custom mineral water, top-brand sanitary ware, and even a wall-mounted toilet. It's hard to believe this hotel opened in 2013. Service: This is even more impeccable. Before check-in, a dedicated staff member will add you on WeChat to ask about your preferences. Due to the hot weather, they proactively offered free minibar drinks. The gym and swimming pool are open 24 hours, and any issues are quickly resolved. All the staff are courteous. Cleanliness: This can't be given full marks. Although the hotel has been well-maintained over the past ten years, there are inevitably some stains on the sofa and carpet. Disadvantages: The executive lounge is a bit tacky, not on the same level as the rest of the hotel, and the food is quite ordinary with limited variety. The evening drinks are basically the level of a 300-500 yuan per ten bottles package from Taobao. Also, the toiletries are poor, worse than many budget hotels. The room lighting is ridiculously dim, which the elderly and children would definitely dislike. The ceiling height is a bit low, combined with the dark tones, it feels somewhat oppressive. The TV is small. Price: Checked in on July 14th, the executive room during summer vacation was less than 600 yuan, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour, with complimentary minibar in the room. In other words, if you're not too picky, you can have three meals at the hotel, and the breakfast is quite good, definitely excellent among the same level. However, there are indeed few hot dishes, which needs improvement. With such package content, thoughtful service, and solid facilities, the cost performance is sky-high. Personally, I feel that except for the view outside the window, everything else is better than a certain corn. Very good stay experience, will choose this again next time in Zhengzhou!
