Former site of the Henan Provincial People's Committee.

On the west side of the original provincial government gate on Weisi Road, there is a small red building, which was built in the early years of the People's Republic of China. At that time, it was the office building of the Provincial People's Committee. Later, the Provincial People's Committee built a No. 1 Building (now demolished) in the courtyard, and this place became the telephone exchange station. Later, it became the provincial government. Later, the provincial government moved to the east area, and the first floor of this building was rented out and shops were built. Now, it is protected as a whole and has become a memorial hall and an education base, commemorating the red memory of the early predecessors.
