The New Yuanming Palace integrates classical royal architectural complexes.

The New Yuanming Palace was officially completed and opened to the public on February 2, 1997. It is located at the foot of Shilin Mountain on Jiuzhou Avenue in Zhuhai, covering an area of 1.39 square kilometers. Modeled after the Old Summer Palace in Beijing, it was built at a 1:1 scale, selecting eighteen of the forty scenic spots of the Old Summer Palace. With an investment of 600 million RMB, it is one of China's first AAAA-level scenic spots. The New Yuanming Palace integrates classical royal architectural complexes, Jiangnan classical garden architectural complexes, and Western architectural complexes, recreating the Old Summer Palace for visitors.
