A high-end hotel with five-star service

This is my fourth stay at the Zhuhai St. Regis Hotel, and the first time I chose a suite because this trip is a family outing. It's convenient for the whole family to stay together in a larger room, and there's no need to move luggage around, so I recommend it as the first choice for family trips. I booked three nights this time, and the suite's layout is very practical, with a dining area, a sofa lounge area, and a work area. The bedroom has a huge bed, and their walk-in closets are very spacious in every room. My favorite part is their bathroom, which overlooks the Macau landscape; taking a bath there is simply delightful. Why do I choose this hotel every time I come to Zhuhai? The reason is quite simple: their butler service has given me an unprecedented experience and made me feel at home. I've traveled to many places around the world and stayed in dozens of hotels, but I've never encountered such considerate butler service before, which is why I'm so fond of it. On these two occasions, my butler was Terry. When I first met him, I found him to be warm and friendly. He always greets me with a sunny smile and enthusiastically asks if I have any needs. Speaking of butler service, I have to say a bit more. Many friends online may not be very clear that St. Regis offers 24-hour butler service, which includes unlimited tea, coffee, or milk throughout the day. I always like to have a cup of hot milk before bed because it helps me sleep. This time, my child fell in love with the milk after trying it and couldn't stop drinking it. Usually, he is very picky at home and doesn't drink several brands of milk I buy, but he has a special fondness for the hotel's milk. I asked the butler about it, and he even went out of his way to find out the brand of the milk and called to inform me. In addition, they offer complimentary shoe shining and clothes ironing services. If you're too lazy to pack your luggage, they also provide luggage packing services, which is a godsend for tired travelers. When I first heard about it, I was simply shocked. They say the devil is in the details, and it's no wonder their hotel is one of the best in the area; with such service, no one can compete. I really highly recommend this hotel. Many people have stayed in high-end hotels, but few have experienced such a welcoming service. If all high-end hotels were as attentive, I'm sure all travelers would sweep away their fatigue and happily enjoy their journey.
