1. Service‼️ This should be the top priority‼️ On the first night of our stay, we couldn't use the complimentary dinner on time because we came out of Chimelong Ocean Kingdom late. After communicating with the staff, the Chinese restaurant staff helped pack it and placed it at the front desk, nice. On the day of check-in, the hotel's occupancy rate was over 80%, but they could still solve problems within 10 minutes after calling room service. This is vastly different from Huafa Sheraton, absolutely excellent. Another thoughtful service: in the morning, I wanted to wear hotel shoes to have breakfast, and there were anti-slip slippers placed at the restaurant entrance for replacement, with room numbers attached. (Maybe other hotels have this, but it's my first time encountering it) 2. Hardware: Nautical elements - the front desk's shimmering fish scale design + keel staircase + lobby bar's ocean feel. The hotel uses robot delivery service to reduce human contact. The children's area is also more thoughtful compared to other hotels of the same level. The hotel's heated swimming pool is also quite good. 3. Reasonable price: Booked two nights in total, both over 700+/night, the first night included a dinner for two, and the second night included breakfast for two. 4. Excellent location: The hotel is connected to Huanyu City, making it convenient to go to the city center or Hengqin. Others: 1. There are family suites 2. There is a mall below the hotel, and there are many malls nearby 3. Convenient transportation, you can directly reach Qianshan Station from the second floor of the hotel. There are not many high-speed trains at Qianshan Station, so pay attention to the schedule.
