Look at this adorable statue 🦣 (Well, it's a god, so I shouldn't call it adorable.) But it's really cute, lol. He's wearing a double crown, which apparently represents that he's the king who rules over both the north and south of Egypt. So cool! 〈How to get there〉 I think the tour will probably take you by horse-drawn carriage 🐎 There's definitely a set number of carriages contracted, and they're linked by number, so there's no need to fight over them, but people were... lol Our guide was a very gentlemanly and calm person ✨ He didn't say "Me! Me!" and when we got off, he put his hand on the ceiling to avoid hitting it. He didn't overtake us either. Other carriages were inexplicably trying to overtake us or speeding and crashing into cars... 😱 〈Horus Festival 🪅〉 As it's dedicated to the god Horus, it's naturally full of Horus! 😂 There's also Hathor (with bull horns and a sun disc crown), Horus's wife, but it's definitely a Horus festival! 🦅 〈Battle with Set ⚔️〉 The Temple of Horus also depicts the battle with the god Setri. 🚢 A must-do for me in Egypt～ Following in the footsteps of Agatha Christie 👣 to explore the cities of Aswan and Luxor ❤️❤️ My itinerary was a non-classic 6 days 5 nights Aswan + cruise trip, which allowed me to visit all the places I wanted while being comfortable and saving money 💰～ 📝Day 1 ✈️ Arrived in Aswan in the evening, checked into the hotel. Aswan is so hot and beautiful! 📝Day 2 🛕 📍 Left at 6:30 AM by private car to Abu Simbel, about 7 hours round trip by car, 2 hours visiting. We arrived around 10:30 AM, avoiding the peak times of tour groups, so it wasn’t crowded～ 📍 At 4 PM, we were taken to the Old Cataract Hotel. After dinner, it was just the right time for sunset, so beautiful!!! I really love sunrises and sunsets～ 📝Day 3 🚢 📍 Watched the sunrise at the hotel, then after breakfast headed to check in to the cruise 📍 After lunch on the cruise, a guide took us to visit the Unfinished Obelisk ➡️ Aswan High Dam ➡️ Philae Temple.
