They have also shared the lives of leading personalities who lost their lives during the world wars fighting for the country & all their achievements. They also have a sample aircraft of display which you go in & experience as though you were in a real aircraft.

The Royal Air Force Museum in London is a fantastic place to spend an afternoon. It is free to enter, and it shows lots of different aircraft over the years from the first world war. One of my favourite aircraft was the search and rescue helicopter 🚁 as well as the triplanes built one hundred years ago. It's located in colindale in North London and great for families. #localguides #falltrip

The RAF museum in north London is a fantastic way to spend a few hours. It showcases British aviation from the end of the first world war till now. There are multiple exhibition halls, each devoted to different eras. There are dozens of aircraft including the famous Lancaster bomber and Panavia Tornado. My favourite was the Avro Vulcan! The museum was clean, well yorganized, and had a wide range of fighters aircraft. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my visit even more enjoyable. Plus, the prices to enter were free , and I found some great fighter aircraft that were used in past wars. The museum made great use of different media and interactive elements to keep things engaging, including audio recordings, games, and videos. There were also a couple of planes you could get into. probably the highlight for us as you get to really experience them. Overall, our visit to the Royal Air Force Museum was a memorable one, and we left with a desire to return.
