I recently visited the dining room at Kilconquhar Castle Estate for their Easter Sunday set menu lunch, and overall it was a really lovely experience 😊 The setting itself is beautiful — a gorgeous dining room that made the meal feel special, even though it was very quiet during our visit. The pricing was also very reasonable for such a venue, with a two-course menu at £25 💸 As for the food, there was a lot to enjoy. One of my friends had the cod, which was cooked perfectly 🐟✨, while another chose the vegetable pie and really loved it 🥧. Two of us ordered the lamb; it was slightly overcooked, but still enjoyable overall 🍖. The staff were also very accommodating when it came to allergies and handled our wine order smoothly 🍷, which we really appreciated. While the Easter set menu was good, I suspect the regular menu might be even better 🤔 That said, it was still a very pleasant meal in a stunning setting.
