This Niles town located in Fremont was the first attraction I visited in the 🇺🇸 because it’s very close to home and I have been here many times. Although I have long known that in the era before color films, this place was the filming location for black-and-white silent movies, and even the comedy master Charlie Chaplin shot five films here, making it one of the earliest "movie towns," I never really thought about taking photos here seriously 😂 because I’m too familiar with everything here~ This town used to be very rundown, with only a coffee shop, an ice cream shop, an afternoon tea shop, and a few antique shops open only on weekends. Back then, my friends and I would come here on weekdays to do homework and occasionally have coffee on weekends 🥰 Unexpectedly, in the past two years, this place has changed a lot. After renovation, a Route 66 style auto repair shop was added, along with a very photogenic vintage gas station ⛽️.
