When I visit tourist destinations in the United States like Yosemite, Las Vegas, and the Grand Canyon, I always stay in Fresno, the hometown of raisins. This time, I stayed in a resort-style hotel in town. There are several independent accommodations, and the rooms are quite large and have basic amenities. There's also a pool and a gym, but the lobby is quite far from the rooms, so breakfast requires a walk. I’ve been to many zoo’s before, but this one totally takes the cake! Being able to feed the giraffes was beyond my expectations and so much fun, for the little ones and myself of course! The animals here are amazing, the cages are well maintained, and they have lots of room to roam. There is also a stingray bay where you can pet them and watch them swim around up close and personal!!!! My son loves anything aquatic so he was STOKED, to say the least! i suggest bringing a picnic basket for lunch, there are plenty of so pots on the grass to lounge out for a snack, or you can grab a hot dog or another item from the snack area! great family fun day , we will definitely be back!!!!! #naturalwonders #animalwildlife #naturelover #zoooofamily

Starting from Yosemite National Park, take CA-120 and drive west for about three hours to San Francisco; to the east (the road is closed in winter) there is a huge saltwater volcanic lake called Mono Lake. There are many crystallized salt pillars on the lake surface, which attracts many seabirds to inhabit here. North of Yosemite National Park, at the border between California and Nevada, there is the deepest and largest freshwater lake in the entire Sierra Nevada Mountains, called Lake Tahoe. It has beautiful scenery and you can swim and drive a speedboat in the summer and ski in the winter (CA-120 goes east, connects to US-395 to the north, and connects to US-50 to the west). South of Yosemite National Park is Kings Canyon National Park and Sequoia National Park (CA-41 south, then CA-180 east).
