#The Great Pyramid of Giza Ciro City of Egypt
The Great Pyramid of Giza is an awe-inspiring sight and a true wonder of the world. It's hard to believe that it was built over 4,500 years ago🥰🥰
One of the best tourist attractions of the world. The experience could be better tough if there were investments to make it easier and more sustainable going from one pyramid to the other. Always nice to visit world heritage sites and one of wonders of the world. You can get a camel ride to get a view but try to arrange a price prior to getting on the camel. It's the freaking pyramids... they are amazing and a global icon of ancient history and travel. Most of all, being inside the pyramid was absolutely amazing. This was a real trip of a lifetime…
#Borg El Arab International Airport Alexandria, Egypt
I’m not really the biggest fan of this airport, The staff are very rude, and they don’t help at all even with old people, the equipment is old and rusty, they need a upgrade, the staff barley even helped me and my family but they just wanted to take the money, all they care about is money, and the staff barely helps people… It took us 1 hr and a half to receive our luggages, the bathrooms aren't that clean, and the whole equipment of this airport is rusty and old and smells bad, they need new ones, when we landed, we saw that our luggage has been broken, the reason why is that the staff at the airport that take the luggages to the other country, they always smash it and just throw it hardly, but they did give our money back, so technically they didn’t steal. My experience with this airport isn’t the nicest.
Visiting the most famous Pyramids in Cairo
Cairo has three of the most famous pyramids:
1️⃣ Pyramid of Khufu (largest pyramid)
2️⃣ Giza pyramid complex (very spectacular)
3️⃣ Sphinx (must-see place)
These three attractions are together, and it is recommended that you go in the morning, when it will not be very hot, it will close at 4 pm, and the play time is about 2 hours.
Tips:
⚠️ Be sure to take your tickets, some Egyptians will come and say they want to check your tickets, and then take them away and not give them to you, go to the door and sell them to others ❗️, if you want to see your tickets, you will show them in your hand, and then say nothing to ignore.
The price of riding a camel is about 30-40 Egyptian pounds , the time is about 50mins, it will take you to the desert to see the pyramids from a distance, this project must be played!! Before riding, you must negotiate the price, whether it is or Egyptian pounds, otherwise you will be deceived, and you will have to pay a tip after the end, about 10.

THE GIZA PYRAMIDS 🇪🇬😍😍😍
#giza #pyramids #hotel #cairo
The complex is located on the edge of the Western Desert, about 9 kilometers (5.6 miles) west of the Nile River in the city of Giza, and about 13 kilometers (8 miles) southwest of downtown Cairo. The site (along with the neighboring city of Memphis) was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1979.
The Great Pyramid and the Pyramid of Khafre are among the largest pyramids built in ancient Egypt, and they were historically popular as symbols of ancient Egypt in the Western imagination. They became famous in Hellenistic times, when the Great Pyramid was included by the Greek poet Antipater as one of the Seven Wonders of the World. They are by far the oldest and only surviving ancient wonders of the world.
And the pyramids, according to one of the hypotheses, are royal tombs, each of which bears the name of the king who built it and was buried in it. Then it developed to take the form of a step pyramid by the engineer Imhotep, the minister of the pharaoh and King Djoser in the Third Dynasty. This was followed by two attempts by King Senefru, founder of the Fourth Dynasty, to build a complete hierarchical form. However, the backs of the two pyramids are not correct in shape, and they are located in Dahshur. One of them has a flattened base, and the other has a smaller shape, about half the size of the first. The engineer, Hemayuno, the architect of King Khufu, was able to achieve the ideal pyramidal shape, and he built the pyramid of Khufu in Giza on an area of 13 acres, and the pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure followed.

Yummy Hadramout restaurant is in King Faisal street in Al Haram area in Giza, the food was delicious I had birds tongue soup then I had maandi chicken and rice with tarb, salad and tahini…. All was amazing. The maandi chicken is cooked in a hole in the ground and the meat just falls off the bone… delicious. The service was very good, they put a new plastic cover on the table for each customer, if you ever go to Giza you really need to try this place

As you stand in the shadow of these colossal monuments, the sheer magnitude of human achievement is palpable. What adds an unexpected charm to the experience is the presence of the local stray dogs, weaving through the sandy landscape with a sense of belonging. An ancient marvel 🇪🇬 🐪
Giza is a must-visit destination for any traveler looking to explore the wonders of ancient Egypt. The Great Pyramids of Giza are truly awe-inspiring and a sight that will leave you speechless. The sheer size and grandeur of these structures are a testament to the incredible engineering skills of the ancient Egyptians.
While Giza has a lot to offer, there are a few tourist traps that you should be aware of to make the most out of your visit. One common trap is the aggressive touts and vendors who can be quite persistent in trying to sell you souvenirs or offer camel rides. It's important to politely decline if you're not interested and be firm in your decision.
Another trap to avoid is the so-called "guided tours" that promise exclusive access or inside information. It's always best to do your research and book tours with reputable companies to ensure a quality experience. Additionally, be cautious of unofficial guides who may try to offer their services at a lower price but may not have the necessary knowledge or experience.
To fully enjoy your time in Giza, I recommend visiting during the early morning or late afternoon when the crowds are smaller and the lighting is perfect for capturing stunning photos. Take your time to explore the pyramids and the surrounding area, and don't forget to visit the Sphinx, another iconic symbol of ancient Egypt.
Overall, Giza is a fascinating destination that offers a glimpse into the incredible history of Egypt. By being aware of the tourist traps and taking necessary precautions, you can have an enriching and memorable experience in this remarkable place.
As I approached the Giza Plateau, the anticipation of seeing the iconic pyramids and Sphinx grew with each step. The desert sun cast a warm glow over the ancient wonders, creating a surreal atmosphere. Standing before the Great Pyramid of Khufu, its colossal structure left me in awe of the ingenuity and craftsmanship of the ancient Egyptians.
Climbing to the pyramid's entrance, I marveled at the precision of the massive stones, each telling a story of a civilization that thrived thousands of years ago. Inside the pyramid, a sense of mystery surrounded me as I navigated through narrow passages, imagining the rituals and secrets hidden within its walls.
The Sphinx, with its enigmatic expression, guarded the Giza Plateau, adding an air of mystique to the scene. As I stood before this mythical creature, I couldn't help but wonder about the tales it held and the countless generations that had gazed upon its weathered visage.
The day unfolded with a camel ride through the desert, offering a unique perspective of the pyramids on the horizon. The rhythmic sway of the camel and the vast expanse of golden sand created a serene contrast to the ancient structures, reminding me of the timeless beauty that envelops Giza.
As the sun began to set, the pyramids transformed, bathed in a warm, orange hue. The play of light and shadows accentuated the intricate details of the stones, and the Giza skyline became a breathtaking silhouette against the evening sky. It was a moment frozen in time, capturing the essence of a journey through history.
In the evening, a sound and light show brought the pyramids to life, narrating the tales of pharaohs and ancient Egypt. Under the starlit sky, surrounded by the echoes of history, I felt a profound connection to a civilization that had left an indelible mark on the world. Giza, with its timeless wonders, became a memory etched in my mind, a journey to the heart of Egypt's ancient soul.

My First Adventure Visit to Pyramid of Giza
As I stood before the magnificent Pyramid of Giza, I couldn't help but feel a sense of awe and wonder. The sheer size and grandeur of this ancient structure left me speechless, and I knew that my first-time visit to Egypt was going to be a truly unforgettable experience.
As I approached the pyramid, I couldn't shake off the feeling that I was walking in the footsteps of history. The stones, weathered by centuries of time, whispered tales of ancient pharaohs, skilled craftsmen, and the brilliance of human ingenuity. The surroundings, too, were captivating, with the vast desert stretching out endlessly, creating a surreal backdrop to this architectural marvel.
One piece of advice that I had received from seasoned travelers was to be cautious when interacting with the locals. While the majority of Egyptians are friendly and welcoming, it's essential to be aware of the common practice of locals trying to obtain tips for various services. From offering directions to taking photographs, some locals may expect a small gratuity in return. While it's important to appreciate their assistance, it's also wise to set boundaries and politely decline if you're not comfortable giving a tip.
Navigating the area around the Pyramid of Giza, I encountered friendly vendors selling souvenirs and local crafts. Engaging with them allowed me to get a glimpse into their rich culture and heritage. Bargaining is a common practice in Egypt, so don't hesitate to negotiate the prices while shopping for souvenirs. It's all part of the experience and can lead to enjoyable interactions with the locals.
Exploring the pyramid complex, I marveled at the intricate details and the engineering marvels of ancient Egypt. The Great Sphinx, standing tall and enigmatic, added to the aura of mystery that surrounded the site. I took my time, absorbing the historical significance of the place and imagining the lives of the people who had built these incredible structures thousands of years ago.
As the sun began to set, casting a golden glow over the pyramid, I felt a deep sense of gratitude for being able to witness this wonder of the world up close. My first-time visit to the Pyramid of Giza was a humbling experience, reminding me of the incredible achievements of humanity and the importance of preserving our cultural heritage.
