So disappointing 🇬🇱Greenland - Prince Christine Sound Cruise🥲 I was so excited for the highlight of this cruise—the Ilulissat iceberg hike. Every day on the boat, I imagined myself standing before a majestic iceberg! But… the captain suddenly canceled the four planned Greenland ports and relocated them to two tiny ports in the south. I was heartbroken when I checked the information... There were no sights, no ice, and it didn't even feel like Greenland at all (I'll share more about this later. It was incredibly disappointing). I felt like a deflated balloon. My expectations were completely gone. I didn't dare hold out for the rest of the trip, fearing it would be disappointing. 😩 --- On the day we sailed to Greenland, the shipping company promised everyone a "gift package"—a cruise through Prince Christian Sound to see the glaciers and ice floes. But all I could think of was, "I want to actually step on icebergs!" 😭 Honestly, I think they added a cruise to fill up the time because the itinerary was shortened and the days at sea were increasing. Otherwise, who knows what anyone would do if they arrived at those two ridiculous ports early... --- When we entered Prince Sound that day, everyone was initially super excited, snapping photos of the icebergs with their phones (though they were actually quite small).
