Getting around Guilin city was also easy; you could hail a ride-hailing service between almost every attraction. After arriving, we took a taxi to Yangshuo and arrived at our hotel—🏨 Yangshuo Yuyuan Jingshe (Ten-Mile Gallery Yulong River Branch)—before 2 PM. This hotel is ranked second among family-friendly hotels in Guangxi, perfect for children—we definitely made the right choice! After dropping off our luggage, we went out for lunch and then returned to the hotel to rest. The hotel hosts different family-friendly craft activities every afternoon, including free cotton candy making 🍭. The hotel grounds have a large lawn for playing football, sand, and climbing; there are swimming pools on the basement and rooftop, and all necessary water amenities are provided 🏊. Guilin's landscape is truly breathtaking! We took the kids to Guilin Haiqinglan, visited Elephant Trunk Hill, East and West Alleys, Sun and Moon Twin Ponds, and Chuanshan Park. Guilin! Breathtakingly beautiful! The lake view hotel is amazing. I must announce!!! This time I stayed at a divine hotel in downtown Guilin, right near the Twin Towers, called Lijiang Boyin. The extra-large floor-to-ceiling windows not only offer a distant view of the Sun and Moon Twin Towers but also a vast lake view. During the day, it feels like being inside a landscape painting, and the night view is even more stunning, with the lake and mountains forming a natural backdrop. Every snapshot you take is atmospheric and cinematic. The hotel facilities are simply unbeatable: cloud-top restaurant, sky bar, spa area, lake view gym, trendy counter-current swimming pool, self-service laundry—all perfectly arranged. At night, you can enjoy a drink at the Galaxy Lounge, and there’s even a dedicated kids’ play area, making it perfect for families with children. The bedding in the rooms is incredibly comfortable; the bed and pillows deserve praise. Even for someone like me who struggles with insomnia, I slept soundly. The bath products are from Applles, and the room is equipped with a capsule coffee machine, JBL speakers, a walk-in closet, and more. Staying here is pure enjoyment.
