The drive was so far! 🥹 It took 3 hours, plus, from Chiang Mai city to Hot District. 👉🏻 Once we arrived, we had to transfer to a local bus. The fare is 500 baht round trip. 🌟 It only took 10 minutes to reach the first viewpoint. The route up is extremely difficult. ❌ The vehicle should be a 4WD vehicle. We don't recommend taking a private car up because the road is very steep and narrow, extremely dangerous. I must say, it's amazing, Nut. The view is breathtaking. ✅ The atmosphere is a 10/10. It's unbelievably cool up there, like you could touch the horizon. ☁️ Unfortunately, we couldn't make it to the second viewpoint. 👉🏻 The second viewpoint offers a 360-degree view of Doi Mae Tho. We got a hotel accommodation. Stayed in August. This place is full all year round. Our travel plan starts at Chang Phueak Bus Station. Take a bus from Chiang Mai to Hot. Price 55 baht / trip. Travel time 2 hours and 30 minutes. The view along the way is cool and comfortable. When we arrive at Hot District, wait for a songthaew from Hot to Bo Luang (blue bus) or Kong Koi to Mae Sariang (yellow bus) price 70 baht. Travel another 40 km. Arrived at the accommodation, checked in at around 14:00. On the way back, we asked the songthaew driver before arriving at the forest park at what time (recommend asking for a phone number). Waited for the return car for almost 1 hour. Additional advice: There is a van from Prem Pracha Transport. Each trip costs 200 baht. You can book a round trip. Make an appointment with the driver. When we got to stay, we were very impressed. It's hard to believe that the accommodation is in the middle of Hod city, but the atmosphere is very good. The accommodation is surrounded by nature, with a river, rice fields, and mountains. ⛰️ Accommodation🏡 There are only 8 rooms here, each decorated in a different style. The bedrooms are spacious 🛏️ and the beds are very soft. Every bedroom can see the rice fields 🛌🌾 and mountains ⛰️ from the bedroom. For those who want to relax and chill, this is the place for you.
