I went to Big Hand in Inabe City, Mie Prefecture. ✨ First of all, the quiet and calm atmosphere was impressive. I was able to relax in a private room without worrying about others. 😆 The kaiseki cuisine, made with an abundance of fresh local ingredients, was delicately seasoned, and I was impressed by how truly seasonal each dish was. 😛 The presentation was also stunning, and it almost felt like a shame to eat it! What particularly impressed me was the exquisite balance of the broth and sauce, which brought out the flavor of the ingredients while still bringing out the best in each dish. Every time I ate, I was constantly wondering, "How do they make this?" 🤩 The staff were also very attentive and explained the dishes thoroughly, so learning about the background and craftsmanship of each dish made it even more enjoyable! 🏖️Overview: Mt. Fujiwara is a 1,140-meter-high mountain that straddles Mie and Shiga prefectures, and is counted as one of the Suzuka Seven Mountains⛰️. It is also known as one of the 100 famous flower mountains🌼, and you can enjoy flowers throughout the year. There are many climbers, and there is an unmanned mountain lodge🏘️ at the 9th station, which is a great place to eat and take a break. From the summit, you can see a 360-degree panoramic👀 view of the Nobi Plain, Ise Bay, and Lake Biwa. 💞Reasons why we recommend it: We parked our car🅿️ at a nearby tourist parking lot, but it was almost full, probably because it was popular. On the way there, we climbed the Shohoji trail, but it was a series of steep climbs, and we were tired because we climbed to the lodge without taking a break😮💨. We had lunch there🌭. Around the lodge, it was like an adult field trip, and it was quite crowded with people. After that, we went to the summit. Wow, it's amazing 😍 The view is actually great 👍 360°❗️ I usually just take photos 🤳 when I get to the summit, but this time I took a rare photo using my smartphone 📱 video 📹 mode. It is a small but cute shrine located in Inabe City, Mie Prefecture. There are two types of monthly goshuin that change every month, and there is also a special goshuin for each month. The goshuin has flowers and animals related to the month written on a colored background, and the name of the shrine is written in a very nice font. There is also a stand for taking photos of the goshuin, and each month is decorated with a decoration that suits that month, which is really cute. Also, every time I go, I wonder what kind of flowers and decorations they will have, as they change every month. I'm always excited. In spring, there are lots of cherry blossom decorations, in May, there are lots of carp streamers, and in summer, wind chimes are decorated. It's a shrine, but it's a fun place to go. On weekends, a food truck comes, so you can enjoy a meal while praying and getting your goshuin written. I think it's a stylish restaurant with a great atmosphere☺︎ They're open both during the day and at night, and although I had lunch there, I'd love to go there at night too! You can choose from curry and set meals for lunch!!! They had a wide selection of food and drinks!!! There was a wait time, but you can wait in your car by filling out the form at the entrance and they'll let you know.
