Women's Basketball intuition, WNBA
📍Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Indianapolis
US WNBA regular season🏀
Indiana Fever vs. Dallas Wings
✔️While looking for something to do nearby, I heard that there was a WNBA game in Indianapolis, so I made a reservation and went to watch the game. One of the reasons I went to see it was because Kaitlyn Clark, currently considered the best female basketball player, plays for the Indiana Pacers. Since the women's basketball team also uses the home stadium of the NBA Indiana Pacers, I was able to see the NBA stadium as well. I had a prejudice that women's basketball was not fun, but when I saw the WNBA, I realized that my thoughts were wrong. And Clark is cool...😳
✅You can reserve tickets for WNBA and NBA games on the Ticketmaster website. For those who are going for the first time, I recommend the upper floors where you can feel the entire atmosphere of the stadium and the flow of the game at once❕

Watching the NFL, America's Biggest Sport, Live
📍Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis
Indianapolis Colts vs Arizona Cardinals
✔️I've been hooked on American football since I started watching the NFL last year, and I never thought I'd get to see a game live in the US...✌ I hastily booked my ticket after checking the game schedule and rushed to Indianapolis. On game days, the whole city was in a festive mood, and you could tell how much money went into the stadium just by looking at it. Even if you're not interested in American football, it's worth going at least once just to soak in the atmosphere of an NFL game.👍
✅You can book NFL tickets on the Ticketmaster website. For first-timers, I recommend the upper levels where you can get a full view of the stadium's atmosphere and the flow of the game.

This structure's style is Renaissance Revival, sharing some of the same influences as the U.S. Capitol. The grounds host flowering trees and shrubs, as well as memorials and monuments. All of the ceiling and wall designs are period, and there are two three-story atriums within the building. The Capitol building features Indiana limestone construction. Noteworthy interior features include granite columns, marble floors and stairs, and a dome crafted of stained glass. Chicago long weekend travel guide: Nashville trip
This Thanksgiving road trip was originally planned for three days and two nights:
Day 1 Chicago → Indianapolis → Louisville
Day 2 Louisville → Nashville
Day 3 Nashville → Chicago
However, on the way back, we encountered a blizzard in Chicago ❄️ Visibility dropped drastically in Indiana… so we had to stay an extra night 🥲 (driving in snowy weather is really not recommended).
📍 Indianapolis (Picture 2)
A bit deserted 😅 Almost no one on the streets for Thanksgiving. Just drove around downtown briefly. I had some Tianjin snacks at a market along the way; limited seating but incredibly flavorful wok hei (wok aroma), and the beef pie was delicious!
📍 Louisville
Much better than Indiana 😂 Finally felt like a city, although not many restaurants were open for the holiday.
📍 Nashville
The real destination of this road trip – the festive atmosphere was off the charts! ✨ Super crowded with tourists. Checked out:
— Parthenon Temple (p3-4)
A replica of a Greek temple, right next to Vanderbilt University! The weather was perfect for dog walking and picnics 🌤️
— Country Music Hall of Fame (p5-7)
Although I'm not very familiar with country music, I had to check it out since I was there 🎸 There's also Taylor Swift's education center inside, but unfortunately it was closed that day.
— Ole Smoky Moonshine Distillery (p9)
A brewing method similar to whiskey – $15 tasting, a few small glasses and I felt lightheaded 🍻
— Hattie B’s Fried Chicken 🍗 (p10)
The line was long but moved quickly, I waited about fifteen minutes! Finally got to eat authentic Nashville Hot Chicken, the chicken was so tender!
— Red Phone Booth ☎️ (Pictures 10-11) This has been sitting in my favorites for ages! The red phone booth at the entrance has such a perfect atmosphere 📸
