It's been a while since I've been to Itami Airport. This time, I had breakfast at 551 to adjust my schedule. Did you know you can have breakfast at 551? On the other hand, you can only order the breakfast menu from 9:00 to 11:00 in the morning. ☑︎ Danzai noodles and pork buns, 1 piece, 880 yen. It came out quickly after I ordered, so it's great when you're in a hurry. I ordered a small set of noodles and pork buns, and the amount was just right. I was pretty full. When you arrive at the airport, you tend to rush to your destination, but I think it's okay to take it easy. 551 It's definitely delicious, and a restaurant that you can only find when you're traveling is too attractive. Travel to Himeji in the following order! 📷 2-3: HamamotoCoffee (はまもとコーヒー) Located on the way from Himeji Station to Himeji Castle, Hamamoto Coffee is a coffee shop with a cozy Japanese cafe atmosphere that is so beautiful. We ordered house blend coffee and almond toast, a Himeji specialty. We were able to watch the barista make the coffee, and the almond toast was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. It was amazing. 📷 4-6: Himeji Park (姫路公園) We had previously visited the inside of Himeji Castle, so this time we took a walk around Himeji Park, which surrounds Himeji Castle. It was still cold in mid-March, so the cherry blossoms hadn't bloomed yet, but it was a great place to take a walk. It was also nice to be able to look at the magnificent yet elegant Himeji Castle. 📷 7-10: Kokoen (好古園) For an admission fee of 310 yen, take a look around the beautiful garden Kokoen. My personal favorite place in Himeji, even more than Himeji Castle, is Kokoen, which is beautiful all year round. The cherry blossoms hadn't bloomed yet, but the plum blossoms were beautiful and it felt great. 📷 11-12: nana's green tea End your Himeji trip at nana's green tea, a matcha cafe with a view of Himeji Castle! nana's green tea is located near Himeji Station, so it's a great place to have a cup of warm matcha and hojicha before taking the train to finish your Himeji trip. The flower-like char siu makes a big impact! The thin char siu is soft and densely packed with a blooming feel☺️ The soup is foamy, very rich and mellow. The tonkotsu had a rich flavor and no bad smell at all💕 You can order the chewy thin noodles to your preferred hardness! Osaka International Airport (Itami Airport) has a spacious observation deck that is 400 meters long and 7,700 square meters in total area. The view of planes taking off and landing from there is truly impressive! Once you see it, you will lose track of time and be fascinated. And in one part of the observation deck is "Sora-yan's Garden." Sorayan, the official mascot of three airports in Kansai (Kansai International Airport, Osaka International Airport, Kobe Airport), is guarding the garden. Sorayan wears a flight hat and a cute scarf, and his form is based on the motif of a pilot, a flight attendant, and an aircraft. He looks like someone who flies around in the sky, but in fact, in his official profile he says, "I want to fly in the sky one day." "What's wrong, Sorayan? He can't fly." As expected of a Kansai mascot, he never forgets to make self-deprecating jokes. This Italian restaurant is located within a 10-minute walk from JR Itami Station. It's on the second floor, up a flight of stairs. The squid ink pasta had a good balance of umami and sourness and was very tasty. I ordered focaccia and dipped it in the remaining squid ink sauce. For pizza, I had a buffalo mozzarella margherita 🍕. It was so tasty even down to the crust that I ate it all in one go. The staff were also very friendly and I had a pleasant time. #Itami

I went to Nishikuwazu Park in Itami City. Nearby is the Itami City Children's Cultural and Science Museum and Itami Sky Park, where you can watch planes take off and land. As soon as you enter Nishikuwazu Park, you'll be greeted by a large Moai statue! After greeting the Moai statue, you will proceed to the stone circle. Itami Airport is nearby, so while you are enjoying the mysterious park, many planes pass overhead. They are so close that it is difficult to have a conversation because of the noise! There are also many gazebos and rocks where you can rest when you get tired of playing on the playground equipment. This park has more trees and greenery than other places, and the breeze inside the park makes it feel very cool. It has an atmosphere like an oasis in the city. The stone circle and the Moai statue are cool and refreshing. There is also a city bus from Itami Airport to the park. #SummerCampaign On the 4th floor of the Osaka International Airport (Itami Airport) terminal building, there's a rest area with a spacious, beautiful wooden deck where you can watch planes take off and land right before your eyes. There are several photo spots, and the "Sorayan Garden," surrounded by flowers of all seasons, is particularly adorable. ♡ In the walkway connecting the north and south sides of the 4th floor observation deck, art pieces created in collaboration with local residents are on display. Near the Yoshimoto shop, there's also a stage set familiar from Yoshimoto Shinkigeki, where you can take photos.
