Scrumptious grilled black pork in Jeju Sweogipo

Recommended by a friend and we decided to drop by for dinner. Though we were early (around 530pm) therr were already many customers in the restaurant. Easy to order as they have a menu for couple and explaining in English what we will be given for the couple set. Service was fast and restaurant is clean and they even grill the meat for us and taught us how to enjoy the different cuts. Food was so good and the meat was juicy and nicely grilled. Price is reasonable and we will definitely return again

After a long day of traveling we arrived on Jeju island looking for a place to stop off for a quick bite and a drink. In Seogwipo area, you’ll find The Cliff with all the best cocktails and the yummiest burgers, pizzas, ribs and more! They have a really great gift shop attached to the bar/restaurant where we bought Jeju T-shirt’s, sunglasses, diffusers, sarongs, hand made baskets and wooden plates. Not only is the view great for sunset but the vibe is welcoming and started off our holiday perfectly! Haenyeo, Sea Women of Korea's Jeju Island

The Haenyeo are best known as the female divers from Jeju Island. Without proper equipment, equipped with only a lead-weighted vest and goggles, they dive into waters twenty meters deep to collect sea cucumbers, abalone, and seaweed from the ocean. Experienced haenyeo can dive up to 30 feet deep (9.1 meters) and they often spend hours at a time in the water. There is a Café at Hallasan, you can take some times to visit and buy the fresh seafood from them. Located just behind Cafe Hallasan is the Haenyeo (Jeju Women Divers) Museum. EJ Hotel Jeju Island is 5 km from the centre of Jeju and 5 minutes by car from Jeju airport. The location is excellent with easy access by bus to major attractions. Jeju Stadium is 2.8 km away from the hotel. Shilla Duty Free is also located near the property. Dongmun Traditional Market is only a couple of minutes' drive away. It is close to plenty of convenient stores, restaurants, and other shopping places. You can enjoy Asian and Korean meals at Olrae Guksu within 5 minutes' walk of the accommodation. Although the hotel is old and has no impressive facade, the room is clean, well-maintained, spacious, warm and cosy. The small lobby has a nice coffee machine and water dispenser. A great budget hotel with standard amenities. Staff are friendly and accommodating, speak good English and are very helpful. There is a place in Jeju Island where you can meet various animals and feed them! It is called 'Hwajowon' located in Aewol-eup! It is large in scale and has various animals, so it takes quite a while to see them all٩꒰｡•◡•｡꒱۶ If you pay the admission fee, you can experience various things such as feeding alpacas, ducks, and rabbits, and putting an eagle on your arm! 🦙Alpacas can spit, so be careful~!! They are also strong, so I almost dropped the cup containing the food several times, so everyone, be careful~!! 🐇 I give carrots to rabbits, and if you just hold a carrot, the rabbits gather around so cute ㅎㅎ 🦆 You can also feed ducks, but there are more ducks than you think! Fortunately, I was able to eat while sitting instead of standing, and it was sold at a really great price for the number of grams. Imported pork is sold for 11,000 won for 250 grams, and Jeju pork is about 4,000 won more expensive. The taste is actually a bit softer for imported pork, and the chewy texture and meat taste itself are better for domestic pork. With just 30,000 won, two people can eat a meal (even soybean paste stew for 2,000 won...) and eat a generous meat table with seasoned ribs. What a wonderful Island even I just go for Bus 🚌 Ride Tour and see around inside cabin car. If have another chance , I will visit again tjis gorgeous Island. This is the most delicious seafood I tried. This is Is sashimi, very fresh and sweet. The taste is very good and not fishy. It's the most delicious sashimi I've ever tried Here we also ordered spicy soup and also soju. It feels right so it's amazing and it's a great mix. I also like the raw oyster here.
